What to include in your support message

To help us understand the issue, please include:

  • what device you are using
  • what browser or app version you are using, if known
  • whether you are using TeachClock in a browser or installed as an app/PWA
  • what you were trying to do
  • what happened instead
  • whether the issue involves the clock display, voice playback, AM/PM setting, timer, alarm sound, or settings page

Please do not send children’s personal information unless it is necessary for us to understand or resolve the issue.

Voice or audio issues

If the clock voice, timer sound, or alarm sound is not working, please check:

  • device volume
  • mute switch or silent mode
  • browser audio permissions
  • whether the device is connected to Bluetooth headphones or speakers
  • internet connection, if the app needs to load audio files
  • whether the app works after refreshing or reopening it

Some devices and browsers limit when audio can play, especially before the user taps the screen.

Free app support

TeachClock is currently free to use.

We do our best to provide helpful support, but we cannot guarantee immediate responses, continuous availability, or compatibility with every device, browser, operating system, or app store platform.

Not for emergencies or critical timing

TeachClock is a learning app.

Do not rely on TeachClock for emergencies, safety-critical timing, medication timing, legal deadlines, transportation timing, school attendance requirements, or any situation where a timing error, device issue, audio issue, or app failure could cause harm, loss, or serious inconvenience.

Use a reliable clock, timer, alarm, calendar, or other appropriate tool for important timing needs.
